Our original meeting with clients is free. We work on a contingency fee arrangement once the case is retained. We pay all cost for experts ourselves. When the case is resolved we receive our fee, cost, and reimburse all liens. The remainder is paid to our clients. As a bonus all recoveries made to the client are tax free. and DMV records of the Defendant or Defendant Company. We work to make
sure our clients property damage is taken care of, this we do for free.
We contact the Defendants Insurance carrier and put a stop to their
communications with our clients. We evaluate what experts we will need,
and we formulate a plan. If necessary we retain medical experts to assure
proper medical attention.
