Oil
and gas accidents are a specialized area of practice. Many times cases
are unavailable due to the lack of a third party. These accidents normally
occur at work sites where employer involvement somehow caused the injury.
If the only cause of the accident is due to employer or co-employee
negligence than the sole remedy is workers compensation.
Sometimes
a third party (someone or some other entity not associated with your
employer) was negligent. This would also include the possibility of
a defective product. A defective product, built by one other than your
employer could be the source of a third party claim. If a third party
was negligent in causing your injury a case would exist.
We represent an individual
who was injured when a third party company employee was negligent and
caused our client significant injury. You may have a significant case
outside the workers compensation arena, however evaluation
would be needed to confirm. If you believe you were injured by someone,
some product or some company not your employer please contact
us for a free evaluation.
We have access to experts in this area and are willing to help.
